Submission Guidelines (Summary)

• Unregistered and first time  users: : Email your manuscript in PDF format to info@jacodesmath.com. We will verify the submission, create your account, and conduct an initial evaluation.
• If you already have an account: Upload your manuscript directly through the submission system. There is no need to email the paper.
• Forgot password? Use the "Forgot Password" option with your registered email to reset your credentials.

•  Review process:

• All submitted manuscripts first undergo an initial screening by the Editor-in-Chief or an assigned Section Editor. The manuscript is evaluated against the journal's basic standards for scope, originality, quality, and technical soundness. Should it meet these criteria, it will be assigned to a relevant member of the Editorial Board to initiate the full peer-review process. Authors will be notified within two weeks if their manuscript is declined at this initial stage.

• At least two positive referee reports are required.
• Subject to final editorial approval.

  • Content requirements:

    • Must contain new and significant results.

    • Must not be under consideration elsewhere.

  • Ethics:

    • Authors must check their paper for plagiarism/ethical compliance before submission.

    • Use plagiarism detection software.

    • The journal will also perform plagiarism checks.

    • Ethical violations may result in a permanent ban on submissions.

  • Post-acceptance:

    • Authors must pay APC charges to the journal  at payment page.

    • Authors must sign a  copyright transfer form and upload or send it by e-mail to info@jacodesmath.com.

    • The paper may not be republished or reused fully or partially without journal permission.

    • Submit the LaTeX source file in the journal’s style (link provided).

  • File types:

    • Initial: PDF only.

    • After acceptance:  Please use the following link for sample tex file and sty file (click).
